After spending three years in Northern Italy, my husband Joseph and I settled in Fort Worth, Texas. We share our home with a cat named Leonardo (da Vinci), a dog named Cory, and a turtle named Lazar Wolf. I've been lucky enough to travel all over the world (my favorite trips were to Paris, Japan, and Egypt). Now I've resumed my job as a full-time student studying English Literature with plans to receive a M.S. in Library Science in 2013. My favorite author is F. Scott Fitzgerald. My mom taught me to knit when I was 14, and I've since learned to sew, crochet, embroider, and paint (not very well). I bought a DSLR in 2008 to better preserve my travels. Photography as a hobby has expanded in a way I never imagined at the time.
